Telemedicine [relax-this is easy]
We were doing telemedicine before COVID-19. Having access to what you need to get healthy and stay healthy is important. Now you can access your physician in the office or while you are at home or work. Of course not everything can be handled with a telemedicine visit, but for medical issues like headache, allergies, cold, pink eye, heartburn, constipation, arthritis, etc., it works well.
We want you to take advantage of this convenient way to see the doctor but please remember, this service is not for emergent medical care. Also, the virtual visit is limited to one medical problem per visit. Controlled drugs will not be prescribed. Just follow the steps below. Simple. Easy. Safe.
[1] Book Appointment
First, click here and make your appointment as usual through our Patient Portal or call the office and talk with the staff to schedule your telemedicine appointment.
[2] Pay for appointment
No insurance? Click here to pay the $69 flat fee for your telemedicine visit using the PayPal platform. | If you have insurance, check your email prior to your appointment for your copay, deductible, or co-insurance PayPal invoice. Payment must be received prior to your visit in order to be seen.
[3] See the Doctor
Then click here, and our virtual waiting room will open up in a new window. Type in your name to let the doctor know you are "in the waiting room." Be sure to check that your camera and microphone are working. Enjoy "going to the doctor" from wherever you are!
[4] Get Results
Get back to life! Take the doctor's advice and start getting better, or just keep doing what you are doing - making lifestyle changes - to keep your numbers looking good and your mind and body healthy!
